"THE Employees THERE ARE SUPER PREJUDICE against women of color! I was getting a pedicure and I was waiting on my polish to dry. There were a few available chairs and about 6 other white women doing the same thing or still getting serviced. I was singled out and asked to leave. When I asked why it was said because it would take 1 hour for my polish to dry. This came out the blue. The employees cater to one culture and treat non white women like 2nd class citizens. This is the CULTURE of this PLACE. I feel sorry for them and women that patron this space because it makes them feel superior (so pitiful)."

"Decided to try out Jazmin Spa because my regular salon is closed on Mondays. The pedicure experience was fine. No issues there. But the lady who did my SNS manicure cut me THREE times because she was so rough with my cuticles when using the dremel. I have a medical implant in one wrist and am very careful about cuts and scrapes because it's extremely dangerous for me to get a blood infection in that area. I am normally a very easy customer to please, but this experience left me nervous, anxious, and on the verge of tears. Worse, the manicurist was answering calls and walking away to help other customers in the middle of our service. I will not be returning."

"This is my third time coming to Jazmin Spa and they have blown me away yet again. Everyone at Jazmin Spa is kind, accommodating, and provides top notch service. They take the time to properly care for your nails and it shows in the quality of their work. Mai knocks it out of the park with her designs and attention to detail. She is super talented and very sweet!! I am so happy to have found Jazmin Spa!!!"

"Made an appointment for 3pm on a weekday and it was pretty packed. I asked for the hot stone pedicure w/ paraffin. This was a very mediocre pedicure for the price. The hot stone massage was more so of stone being gently rubbed on my ankles and heels. I also had to ask for an additional coat of polish because when I was told I was done I could still see my actual nail. Also there’s a service fee which wasn’t mentioned at all and is actually illegal. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend if you’re looking for something relaxing."

"I had an appointment at 6. When I showed up they led me to a chair and had my feet soaked. The lady who did my nails, stopped to answer the phone, collect money for other customers and just a chaotic experience. She was super rough on my nails because she was rushing and leaving and coming back. Then she asked me if I can wait another 5 minutes for my pedicure because another lady was waiting. I said I can wait 5 minutes. It turned out to be 45 minutes and my feet were did not look or felt good in the water and took it off. Finally someone showed up and asked me to put my feet back in. My feet was soaked for so long that when he scrubbed it, he bruised my toe and I had to ask him to be gentle. He also was caking the polish which was a disaster and I had to ask him to redo one of my nails which got messed up when he tried to put my shoes on. AT the end I just wanted to be finished and leave. I paid and came home. my gel nail turned in 2 different color which I noticed when I walked out. There are bubbles on my nails and that is after I kept watching her trying to fix it, but was obviously not succeeding. I went back there a few days later to tell them that I have been there 3 times and not once I had a good experience. I don't want to complain and get my money back, but I like for them to fix their services. They said they will have someone call me back which was 3 days ago."
