"My service was with Ben he explained every step what he was doing to my nails, even though costumer’s was coming in he didn’t rush on my nails he asked me if I’d like the length the color the design of my nails. He made me feel comfortable and at the end when it was time for me to pay, he explained to me what i was paying for. Great customer service. First chair on your right when you walk in the place"

"this is my first bad review although I’ve had a couple bad instances. I kept going back because it is the nearest one but this is the last straw. Once again, my nail broke after having them done just last week the acrylics are done so thinly that they break easily as a matter of fact, another young lady walked in with a broken nail as well while I was sitting in the chair, I also had one nail badly chipped, the gel paint peeled off entirely. Again this is not the first time I’ve had issues. Nevertheless, he agreed to fix them while fixing the broken nail. He was hurting me so bad that it started to bleed, and he only stopped after the third loud ouch! he then got a call and proceeded to talk on the phone and have me wait while twiddling my thumbs his phone call lasted almost 10 minutes until I finally decided to just get up and leave. I always leave a very good tip but I’ll just take my business elsewhere. This place has bad customer service, and the nails are sub par for the huge price tag i left with 2 unpainted nails that i rather paint at home than torture myself sitting there."

"My very first visit to Sam’s Nails was very pleasant and comfortable. I absolutely love the atmosphere. And the people working there are super friendly. The lady who did my acrylic fill ins did an amazing job. It’s been two weeks and my nails still look great. I definitely will be going back to Sam’s Nails. Pricing is super fair. I highly recommend this nail salon."
