She worked with me ahead of time to schedule my appointment, coordinated with my husband when he purchased a gift card to pay for it, and she was so friendly during the entire few hour stretch of my session. The studio itself was adorable and very female-driven which is different from my prior tattoo experiences. It’s cute and seems to convey her personality perfectly. She and the other main artist are female. Katie took care to ensure all of her supplies were clean, laid out ahead of time, and gave me ample breaks when I needed them.
