Kids' Stay'n Play

"Was told by two different employees, my sonson school was serviced, was given paperwork on Friday and told to complete Monday for Monday start. Brought paperwork in Monday morning only to be told they no longer service the school, what a way to inconvenience parents. will never get a dime from me!!!"

"These people are not people u want looking after your kid! They talk to your kid any kind of way snatch on them and they don't feed them as a punishment! What kind of punishment is that!!!!! My nephew is 4 and u mean to tell me u not gone feed my baby!? On top of they yank and snatch on them and call them names like they aren't KIDS! And the the new director threatened to throw my nephew shoes away that SHE didn't pay for on top of saying she is not scared of my nephew a 4 year old! Well she better be scared of me cause now they got the right one! They won't be in business too much longer!!"

"Took my son here because an emergency came up and I had to work later than his after school care provided. When I arrived there were kids everywhere and only 1 adult in the room. I left and came back 3 hours later and the same senario. The adult that was in the room (I assume was the owner) was attempting to repair the computer for their credit card machine and no one was paying attention to the children. The man at the desk told me I needed to leave and get cash because his machine wasn't functioning properly. So, I took my son and when we got in the car he mentioned that one of the boys pushed him into the wall and no one did anything about it after he told. Also, I took a snack from him when they offered their dinner time and the man held it and would not let him eat it. So, unless you are in the biggest bind of your life DO NOT take your kids here! Overall the place needs to be evaluated by the city and some childcare classes should be provided."

"Sooooo, my daughter was going here and everytime i brought pull ups, they were out in 4 days. Then when i started potty training, they were not helping me at all. They kept giving me wet clothes from her. The paper kept saying wet all the way down. None said potty. Then in the afternoon they kept putting her in the baby room when there isnt a bathroom for her to use. And when she pooped inthe panties they kept the poop in it and gave it to me. Then one day i told the OWNER about everything and he acted like he didnt care then the last straw was when i took her home and took her to potty and she had soneone elses underwear on after i just gave them 4 outfits and 4 pairs of underwear for her the day before. When i called and talked to the owner, he yelled at me. DO. NOT. TAKE. YOUR. KID. HERE!!!!!!!!!!!"

"First off the staff are very unprofessional. I scheduled a tour of this facility and the lady that greeted me at the door said she was unaware of the appointment and didn't give me a tour after all. Upon walking in I noticed the place was dirty and their was an odd smell in the air. Oddly their was a child sweeping the dirty floor in one of the classrooms After seeing all of this I turned around and walked out because this is not a place I would take my child to...."
