Reviews of Altitude Trampoline Park
"This is a great place to bring the little ones for celebrations or if they have a lot of energy to burn off. They have employees strategically placed throughout the facility to make sure the kids are safe and properly enjoying themselves. It's fun for younger kids and slightly older ones as there are many different activities such as basketball, playgrounds, snack bar and a wide range of obstacles to climb or jump from."
"Took my grandsons here, and we loved it. I loved how small it was, and you didn't have to worry about the children wandering away. My only concern would be the areas that aren't age appropriate need more supervision. My grandson is autistic and him running in the balls , he would get lost. Because he can't talk or scream for help. So, I would encourage management to put more staffing in those sections and be aware of children that have special needs."
"As a paid member since this facility opened up I have watched thus establishment go down really fast. They have broken TV screens with shards of glass missing where children can easily touch it . One is cracked n encouraged for the kids to touch .My granddaughter got her leg stuck in a faulty net that had a tear in it. They seem to Make up their rules as they go some Days rules r one way n other days there opposite of the following days. The past year I have not had to pay for my 1 year old who dont even know how to jump yet because I'm single parent of 2 Lil ones I have to be on the floor n dont always have a babysitter just to do something with 1 child. All there equipment is broke or missing as of today we have canceled all memberships . This business is ran very dirty n has been reported to Osha as well . Another thing is the manager r atleast one who claimed to be the manager was only 18 . The whole entire place is ran by very young adults. I'm extremely disappointed in how much of my money I have put toward this establishment and now wondering what is our money going towards if it's not to keep up with the maintenance n safety of the place . Then today wanted more money from us. I highly recommended this place about a year ago now I want even take my children back"
"Nice Trampoline park. First time coming here. Attended a birthday party. Kids enjoyed the jumping very well. Guides were controlling the kids on the jumping area, which felt very good. Multiple trampoline activities for all ages. Total entertainment for the families. Highly Recommended!!!"
"Altitude is a great and clean area to jump. My biggest gripe is the pricing for toddlers. $18.99/hr and adults have to pay a "spectator fee" to watch their kids. In my experience, most places allow a day of fun with ins&outs for half the price. I paid $45/hr for my 2 boys (3 &5) and luckily we all brought our socks back so I didn't have to buy those again. The biggest push is their monthly subscription $10/month + activation fee but be aware it needs a 30 day in advance cancellation. Basically they charge you an extra month if you want to stop coming. This place is convenient because it's located in the mall. Bathrooms are okay, kids sink was broken so I had to carry both of them to wash their hands and seat covers were out. Maybe this isn't the place for our age group."
