"Nashville density co is amazing. I recently moved to Nashville and was worried about finding a good and trustworthy dentist. However they made me feel right at home. The staff is kind and always ready to help answer your questions. the office is immaculate and all around just a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Patel is the best of the best. I had to get a tooth removed and an implant inserted and Dr. Patel talk to me through the entire thing and relieve a lot of my anxiety about getting the surgery. He constantly checked in on me and made sure I was feeling comfortable with the entire procedure. Nashville Dentistry Co is the best I can’t say enough good things about them!"
"Dr Patel and his team performed a dental implant. They were all kind, polite, and professional. I was seen promptly at my appointment times throughout the process. They cared about my comfort. They used the latest technology to get proper sizing of the implant. I was charged the exact amount of the estimate. Finally, they accept Delta Dental coverage which is an important criterion for me. This is a fine practice."
"I love Nashville Dentistry co. Dr. Patel and his team are some of the best I have seen. They are always kind, take their time with the appointments, listen to my concerns, and are gentle with their tools. I highly recommend Nashville Dentistry Co!"
"I am a new patient at Nashville Dentistry Co., having recently returned from overseas and seeking dental care in Nashville. Unfortunately, my experience with Nashville Dentistry Co. has been quite disappointing. The initial visit for consultation was okay, involving a few X-rays and a quick exit. However, a few weeks later, one of my crowns, previously done by another dentist overseas, came off. I contacted Dr. Patel's office and informed them of the situation, expressing my willingness to pay out of pocket for the reattachment. They quoted me around $90, which, although higher than other options, I accepted to support Dr. Patel as my current dentist. Upon visiting the office, the crown was successfully reattached, and I paid $96.20 without any issues. Several weeks later, I received a call (today)from the receptionist, informing me that they had been attempting to send a bill for $70 in the mail because my insurance covered $20. However, the bill was sent to an incorrect address. I was puzzled and clarified that I had already paid $96.20 during my office visit. The receptionist seemed confused and disorganized. She later explained that the additional charge was due to a last-minute cancellation fee of $75, as I had canceled my appointment due to work. Despite my willingness to pay the $75 over the phone, the receptionist displayed a lack of empathy and was unhelpful. The overall experience has been marred by poor communication and organization. It’s not about the $75.It would have been appreciated as a new patient if they had been more transparent about charges and forgiving of a one-time cancellation, especially considering the confusion surrounding the situation. Clearly this place just wants money and don't feel the need to explain why they need it."
"I have been a patient at Nashville Dentistry Co. for a few years now and I will not be coming back. For the last year, I've been told by Dr. Patel that I needed a crown on my back right molar. I was told that this was urgent due to a crack in my tooth and that if I didn't get it done sooner than later, I would need a root canal. The crown process not only terrified me (as someone who has a severe phobia of needles and medical procedures), but it is something I was not able to afford even with great dental insurance. I was going to have to take out a private loan in order to pay this expense over time. Over the holiday break, I decided to get a second opinion since it seemed strange that I wasn't in any pain at all and I needed this extremely expensive procedure. My dentist at home took one look at my X-Rays and told me that she could tell by the photos that the "crack" was a filling due to the difference in color. She was shocked that a dentist couldn't see that even just from the X-Ray. In order to be 100% certain that there was no crack in the tooth, she removed the filling and found that to be the case. My tooth was completely fine and she replaced the filling for a very low cost. While I was there, she told me that putting a crown on would "be a crime" because my tooth was perfectly in tact. I was completely shocked, as Dr. Patel had examined my tooth numerous times and insisted that I get this procedure done immediately. I do not understand how this was not seen and it's extremely concerning. The amount of financial stress and agony I have experienced over something that didn't even exist is thankfully over. I have lost trust in this practice and am disheartened by the seemingly obvious misdiagnosis. I will no longer be a patient here and will make sure that my friends and family go to a different practice."
