Embassy Dental (Cool Springs)

"I have had the worst experience with both the Cool Springs and the Brentwood office. At the Cool Springs office. The dentist told me that I needed a root canal and referred me to Sheats endodontic group. They told me I did not need a root canal that my tooth was loose and that I needed to have it extracted and get a implant. I went to the Brentwood office for a root canal. The dentist start drilling before my gums was deadned. When I complained the dentist stickered and said well, this is the first time I’ve ever heard of this, and proceeded to drill .I have never experienced such incompetence in my entire life. The front office told me one thing while the dentist told me something completely different that I needed to do after my implant. I went back a few days ago to have the cap removed from my implant, and to talk about getting a crown made. Again I experienced such incompetency, no one seem to know what they were doing. The dentist told me that he was quitting, he was just that frustrated. What has been most disappointing is that I called to speak to the office manager at the Cool Spring location asking her for an appointment to get a crown and ask her. how long should I wait to have it put in? She told me she would get back with me right away. To date I have not heard from her after calling the office twice. I’ve decided to pull my medical records and go to a different dentist."

"I went here for my regular cleaning and it was low stress. Office is clean and on time. I have also gotten my Invisalign through volunteer orthodontics at this location (a separate company and they are a bit of a mess right now) and Melanie and other staff here were incredibly helpful at making sure I got an appointment to continue my Invisalign with a new orthodontist at their location. Without embassy dental checking in on the Ortho situation, I probably would have been left hanging!"

"Dr. Bozeman was BY FAR the finest, most conscientious dentist I've ever had! But the corporation let him go with & replaced him with a young, cold fish, company gal all-the-way dentist. They lied to me, and treated me disrespectfully. As I walked out, I told the one person who was there in the Boseman days that I wouldn’t let that new dentist put her hands in my mouth if she was last dentist on earth. And one of the newer receptionists actually mouthed “I’m sorry,” and handed me the name and number of a more experienced dentist. SO… the staff know they have a young, cold, dentist who doesn’t seem to really like people all that much. Now, it genuinely pains me to leave a negative review. Just read all the ones I’ve left here. They’re all effusive! But here, I gotta be honest. I will close with this: i have high hopes that this new dentist will improve and learn to interact in warm, friendly ways with work-a-day Americans."

"Beautiful, clean office. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Vitaliy addressed all my concerns regarding my teeth and went through extra effort to explain what is going on with them to me. Definitely coming back for all my dental needs!"

"Front desk staff was nice. The Orthodontist spent less than 2 mins in his consultation with my two daughters. Never even got his name, he definitely didn’t ask ours. Overall disappointing. Wish our insurance gave us a different option for oral care with someone else. I don't recommend"
