"This visit was bittersweet for me BC my love at this time had recently been to HD and preordered a part for his cycle, unfortunately he had a bad accident before the part was delivered so the reason for my visit was to inquire on the money that had been spent prior, for starters I genuinely love and admire any kind of motorcycle especially a Harley Davidson. So being in the store alone is a delight, however, to be there almost 2 hours simply seeking customer service is absurd. Then after waiting almost 40 minutes I was finally approached and able to tell exactly what i was needing and what was going on, I was then told there wasn't enough money in store to return my love's money and that 'in-store' credit was looking like it was my only option and I begged to differ BC for Pete's sake this is Harley Davidson of Macon, so then I was informed I could get a check sent out which would take 7-10 days so I agreed, to then sit another 30-45 minutes and was told noone was there that could write a check and was suggested yet again to just take in store credit. Granted I would have loved a sticker or something in credit, mind you my love is in the hospital still with broken bones and such and doesn't even want to hear in store ANYTHING. Needless to say after putting up a fight and given the run around for nearly 2 hours I reckon they seen I wasn't giving in and finally brought out the refund that I had receipts and such for. It just blew me away that such a nice delicate store would rather treat customers this way."

"Lots of bikes, show room is full. They have a nice selection of items. But they could definitely improve their customer experience by at least making some kind of conversation and acknowledging the individuals in their store."

"If you are ever in the Macon area, come here! I had an issue with my valve stem on a road trip, with out any notice they got me in IMMEDIATELY!! And got me back on the road in about an hour! While they worked on my bike, I had a lovely conversation with the owner and his wife, and she helped me pick out shirts for out boys, they are always growing and she helped with sizes and cool stuff on sale! Still family owned and runs like a family. Come here for service, merch or to buy your new bike!"

"Huge shoutout to Chad. He understood that I wanted to work out a deal before I drive down. Literally was transparent on EVERYTHING. Straight and to the point. No back and forth. Stated what I wanted with the deal and made it happen. They understood that I needed to be in and out relatively quickly. Felt like literally nothing was being hidden from me at all. Clear as day. Wasn’t pushy at all. Very laid back and relaxed which is how things should be. Usually there’s buyers remorse after dealing with back and forths and lack of clarity but that didn’t exist. No buyers remorse at all. Also didn’t try to sell me my Lowrider ST at 30k OTD like some dealerships are doing. I contacted other dealerships about a bike just to make sure there wasn’t anything I was missing beforehand and they wouldn’t give me an OTD price or they’d tell me a crazy high number for the non premium color. HD of Macon is the way to go. Thanks Chad and everyone else there."
