"Went here today for the 1st time have to say I bought 3 cigars one double cutter and I have to say the customer service was excellent but 2 out of 3 cigars were stale, probably the humidifier must be bad or not right called to notify the employee and I felt like he thought I was lying or just trying to get something if you go here please check before buying again the young lady great customer service but the problem is the product was no good. Waist of my money sorry but honestly is the best policy."
