"Probably the worst customer service ever. Went in to buy a cartridge battery, seller didn’t specify that the battery didn’t work with all carts until after I came back to the shop to try and exchange it or get a get refund. They wouldn’t exchange it or give me a refund. Left pretty disappointed after spending over $40 on a battery that was useless. Also would have wished the guy told me that the battery didn’t work with all carts before I bought it since he was hyping it up during purchase. Oh and let me not forget that they tried to play stupid and not give me a copy of my receipt, basically had to force them to give me a copy of my receipt which was unnecessary. Was my fist time shopping here and will definitely be my last. Shoppers beware."
