"I’ve been coming to Planet X for about 3 years. I’ve always been impressed by the customer service and selection. I’ve become very disappointed with this store over the course of the last few months. I’ve been in several times lately and they are always out of a product I’ve been buying consistently. The last time I was in, I was told that their delivery had been delayed, thus, causing them not to have the stock. They had the same product in lesser amounts, and plenty of selection in the other strains. I go into today and am told they don’t have it this week due to a review of the Georgia Farm Bill of 2018. I then went online and found it in stock at a vendor. I’m a bit frustrated with being told two different stories, one by the owner and one by the employee. It seems to me if you’re selling a product that is popular, you would keep enough on hand. Isn’t that a basic tenet of having a retail establishment? As of today, I will be be taking my business elsewhere. Until they get their stocking issues under control, I’ll be buying my product online. Vape juice can be bought at a million other places. They get two stars for the good customer service."
