"DO NOT SHOP AT THIS VAPE STORE. Save yourself the time and money than rather having to deal with the faulty/knock off products they have at this vape store. I’ve visited this location three times; all handled by the name Asian/Indian lady who is always rude and disgruntled. On my first visit, I purchased two Elf Bar vapes (this is a brand that I know and use quite often). After about the first 100 or so pulls on my first vape, I got a really harsh/burnt taste that happens when it’s out of vape liquid. I recharged it and continued to get this burnt wick taste. On the second vape, I started to have issues with getting smoke out of the vape. It started sizzling and crackling when I pulled until one of the pulls sent hot vape juice that resulted in scorching the roof of my mouth and tongue. After that, I knew that these vapes are all bad knockoffs. Most Elf Bars now have QR codes to validate their authenticity. The owners are buying knockoffs from non-authorized distributors or straight from China; probably DH Gate or AliBaba. On my second visit (Dec 27th), I purchased a 510-thread battery for my cartridges. I asked the same, unknowledgeable employee about any batteries that have a temperature control setting. She said they do not and showed me the display of what batteries were available. I picked one, purchased, and left the store. As I was leaving, I noticed the dial on the bottom of the battery that allows you to change the temperature/voltage setting. I went back to the store just to inform her of the product she is selling that she, indeed, does have batteries that can regulate temperature. She just brushed it off and acted as if I was patronizing her. The battery worked fine on the first charge, however, after about two weeks the original charger and battery would not sync; I kept getting a red flashing light from the battery noting that there is a connection issue with charging. I took it back (Jan 10th) to hopefully get an exchange for the same product, but the same lady said she could only do an exchange after one or two days. This, again, shows she knows nothing about the products she is selling. Who goes through a full battery charge in 1-2 days? There would have to be 5+ people chain smoking the battery for it to from full charge to dead within a day or two. A single person couldn’t possibly go through a full charge in two days. The batteries probably doesn’t even cost them ONE DOLLAR, but she refused to swap it out. Do yourself a favor and drive the few extra miles to Cloud 9 Smoke on Howell Mill and AVOID THIS SHADY AND MALICIOUS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!"
