"Way over priced, I didn’t realize it until I already had my bank card in the machine, then it hit me and I actually ask the employee again, HOW MUCH! After she told me, I said no I’m not paying that, I don’t want it, she said sorry the payment has done been taken out and we do not do returns! I could understand if I had left the building but my card was still in the machine! I’ll never go there again! That’s bad business."
"Bought an elf bar and it worked in store so I left. But next day tried to charge it and it wouldn't charge. So I went back just 1 day after buying and told them it wouldn't charge. They said no returns for any reason. I can't test to see if it charges in store. Horrible customer service which should be number one for a business. Will never go back."
"The only decent thing about this place is it's location. The staff are clueless about vape coils but have no problem reassuring you that the coils they sell you will fit. My wife has been there 3 times and spent over $50 for items that "should" work, only to find out that she was scammed. Staff appears helpful, but if they don't carry the correct product, they should tell you they don't carry it....not sell you an item that doesn't fit/work."
