"They allowed my daughter to get her nose piercing without checking her ID first. She is underage. They did ask for her consent and she signed which is illegal for a minor to do. My daughter was at fault, but she didn’t know any better. They should’ve checked her ID. Also, they used a piercing gun to pierce her nose and the earring was just that, and earring for your ear. They didn’t even pierce straight. It was pierced at a downwards angle. If they would’ve pierced straight they would’ve pierced her septum as well. They could’ve severely damaged her cartilage using a piercing gun and not a needle. They employees do not have the proper training to pierce noses. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would."

"They have a great joy selection that doesn’t cost a lot. The only problem I have is they close before they were supposed to."

"We came into the store because we needed to get our 3 year old's right ear re-pierced after it closed up before we could find the earring that fell out some weeks after the initial piercing. We were really nervous about getting it done, because she obviously did not like getting it done the first time. When we got to the store, Tamika was the associate who helped us. She was fantastic assistance to us. Although our daughter cried, Tamika was so gentle and such a pro with how smoothly AND QUICKLY she got the hole re-pierced. She was even able to switch out the older earring to match the new one for us, because we shared that we would have a hard time doing so at home. After it was over, she pointed our daughter to the mirror where she could see her new earrings. This instantly stopped her from crying and we all left happy! She did a fantastic job taking care of us and we would DEFINITELY return if we needed to in the future."

"I walked in to this location in the Mall of Georgia at 10:30am on June 15th with every intention of buying jewelry for my entire bridal party (12 girls) The sales associate was on her phone the entire time, never looked up, never greeted me. I walked in , browsed and walked out without ever so much as a recognition. I saw multiple things in the store in which I wanted to purchase but did not due to the lack of acknowledgment from the staff member. Horrible customer service."

"The shop is nice and the jewelry is good quality but it’s service with a scowl and a grunt. I bought some earrings on Tuesday evening around 6:30pm and the lady did not even make eye contact or speak a word just pointed at the credit card machine ,she was borderline rude in her manor. I don’t expect anyone to be over the top but when you are spending $25 on some costume jewelry earrings you expect at least a smile or a thanks maybe."
