"It was the first time I was visiting savannah and we randomly chose this garage for parking. The ceiling was so low that we could touch it with our hands from our truck. Then, after we parked and scanned the QR code, we found out that we were going to be charged $10 AN HOUR to park!! ON A MONDAY. It was NOT a holiday. There was NO music festival. There was NO sign warning that rates were higher. There was no attendant available to speak to and no number provided to call. Since we were unfamiliar with the payment service we assumed we would automatically be charged the minimum $20 for 2 hour option so we felt we were forced to stay in this garage. We tried to make the best of our time and stayed 4 hours (and were charged $40 dollars) until we moved a few blocks over and stayed in another garage for three hours. In this second garage where we stayed for 3 hours we paid $3!!! THREE dollars!!! Avoid the garage on Liberty street like the plague . Who knows what they will force you to pay"

"I was able to park my car there and pay for some time upfront. But when it went time to renew, the website didn’t work it just got stuck on loading and loading so I had to run all the way back to my car to move it. I tried in two different browsers on an up-to-date phone."

"Parking deck is VERY TIGHT! 6ft 9in clearance. Turns are tough. When leaving I couldn't pay with a card because my SUV door was too high for me to swipe my card. Passenger had to get out and do it for me. Better off parking on the street."
