"Horrible place, rude female wearing glasses. I went there with my best friend visiting for the holidays and they told us we cannot go back into arcades together. It's strange because, we weren't attending to do anything. We were only there to check it out. We left immediately and went to Costco instead. Avoid this place at all costs. they are nasty and will not financially make it with that kind of rudeness."

"Rude rude rude people that works there and very poor customer services. I'm going to research who owns this place and how to to get in touch with corporate. You're killing your own business and should be run out of town. My son and his father was there on Saturday 9/9 and was looking for something specific. Your videos were poorly stacked and kept falling when touched. Instead of helping the ignorant hired help proceeds to reprimand grown ppl by telling them to stop dropping the videos. For reference there were two blk girls and a white lady go look at your schedule and handle that. Then when asked a question they were making faces and looking at each other. Who are u hiring, kids? I'm going to look up your info and file a complaint. Nobody is going to spend money with u and kiss your az too."

"I just called to ask a question. I get that the answer was probably "No" but instead of driving up there and being turned away I decided to call first. However, there was no need to hang up on me without me even finishing my question, it's rude. If I'm being respectful and polite, even with my stupid questions, the least you can do is meet me with the same respect. My husband and I have been here many times, this has been our only negative experience but it's rubbed me the wrong way, which probably isn't good for sex shop business."
