"I placed several orders online for in-store pick up. It was a little bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. The store manager Carole was great! She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I called before I left, after placing my online order, wanting to make sure they had two specific earrings that I really wanted. I saw these earrings the night before, but decided not to get them as I already bought too many during the Christmas shopping season...lol! But next day I decided to get them, but I saw the night before that they only had 1 left of each style. Carole was nice enough to go look for them, pulled them off the rack and held them for me. Such a nice gesture and I'm so appreciative! I've had great experiences both times I've visited this location!"

"I was told that the entire back half of the store was not for sale because of inventory. Get a better inventory process. That's literally half of your potential sales gone there. Then I purchased some jewelry that came to about $19. They refused my cash payment because I had a hundred dollar bill. The person in charge had an attitude when I questioned the refusal of cash. Management needs to pull it together here. I've never had such a bad experience at Claire's. Maybe your cash flow would be better if people could actually purchase items in your store."

"So.. we went today to buy a present for a little girl.. bought a backpack for 35.99. went to our car and we were peeling off the sticker and the actual price is lower than their sale price.. actual price was 29.99... so.... I went back and spoke to the workers.. there were 4 crowded behind the register... And they said " oh yeah we raised our prices".. I asked if they could match the original price.. said no.. returned product... Check to make sure you guys aren't overpaying"
