"If ever there was a specific beer you were looking for, it probably lives at Hop City… This place is so fun!! It’s like a grown up field trip for beer lovers. So many options- SO MANY!! And the staff was phenomenal! My help came from Emily and I can’t say enough about how fantastic she was. She was fun, informative, educating, and spot on with her choices for us. I had so much fun here and I will be back! P.S. there is a bar out front where you can purchase cold drafts of [some] the options they have in the shop."

"After coming here 100s of times and ordering 100s of beers, I ask for a plastic cup to give water to my 2-year old daughter. The market’s complimentary cups were out. The green-haired bartender rudely informed that it would be an extra charge if I didn’t buy anything. Forget the 100s of beers I’ve bought from there before. Oh well, they’ve gotten the last dollar they’ll get from me. There are too many other good bar and brewery options to choose a place like this with poor customer service."
