We took our baby girl to get her ears pierced and Kimberly was awesome , she did not rush the process and waited until we were comfortable . We were originally going to Rowan where they have nurses that pierce baby ears , but we are glad that we came here instead ."

"I took my 15 year old to get their ears pierced for the first time. They were very nervous and concerned about getting infections after piercing. The young women working there put them at ease and showed them the sanitary procedure. The employees were so sweet and caring. My teenager was very happy with their new earrings and felt good about the entire process."

"Daphne is the very best!!! She made me feel so comfortable and she was careful with me. The area was sanitary! She walked me through everything she was doing(piercings) as she did it. "I want to take the time to review this Claire's because she did not have to help me. I went in last night on 12/18/2022 because, I got a nose piercing in the Albany store, and when I showered, I forgot it was there and knocked the stud out. (smh silly me) Anyway, initially I went to Walmart to get a replacement but, saw they were open. I went in and told her what had happened, and she immediately stopped to help. She even helped me put it in; they were not a nose piercing store! I bought a new set of nose rings and everything as it was buy one get one for 5.00. But, she ended up damaging one out and doing what she could to help. She stuck something in the hole and then put a stud back in my nose so, it was as if I didn't make a mistake. I am writing this review because although it wasn't her fault or not something they did, she took the time to help me, and it made me happy because not too many people have customer service skills these days. I am very grateful and hope this helps someone visiting this store. There are still great people in this world."
