"I went to the salon a little over 6 months ago to try to fix a bad highlights I got from another place. The man that was cutting a boy's hair came to me started saying what he had to do and told me could do it but it would cost 90 dollars. He definitely didn't know what he was doing because when the owner came, she was yelling at him and trying to fix what he did but at that point she couldn't do anything. He screwed my hair even worse than what it was before. I paid but didn't leave a tip. I should have not paid anything. I had to rush to Publix and get some darker hair color to fix what he did."

"We wanted to add a few layers to my daughter's hair and they wanted to charge us $50! The very first time we went it was around $18, then the price went up to $25, now it's $50! They are no better than great clips and we are finding a new salon that doesn't charge $50 for a 15 minute haircut."

"Wanted something different and new for certain personal reasons.. I asked for a trim and possibility of a spiral perm.. I was told they could def do the trim but the per I'd have to come back in two weeks.. I agreed .. As the trim was taking place they said that they could do the perm that same day cause my hair wasn't bad. OK.. I don't know how long though as they finished my hair she put mousse in it and told me to keep putting mousse in it.. It felt strange and crispy. I did as instructed by the ladies and washed 2 days later.. My hair is gummy and fried and I look like a troll.. I've had to cancel plans and events just to hide.. And hiding at work is becoming unbearable.. I've been crying for days . I'm too embarrassed to go back there to face them .. I don't know what to do.. $175 down the crapper.. I do NOT recommend this salon.. I didn't even want to give one star .. That bad Review revised.. Kim stayed late after closing to fix what was done.. I feel better with this now thank u."

"Kim, the owner, is a true professional and an artist in the way that she approaches hair design. She is fabulous!!! I have seen her several times and will continue to do so. Kim is a super hard worker and does a beautiful job on your hair!! Trust Kim and go see her!!!"

"I’m posting this review prior to my appointment for one reason. They are the ONLY salon in atlanta that could accommodate me on short notice because apparently NO other salons in Atlanta are open on the weekends. I don’t know who has the time to get off work at 2 on a Tuesday so they can get their haircut but it would appear to me that if every single salon in atlanta is SO busy you have to book a month in advance then maybe you should stay open later or open on Sunday. Anyway, I’m pleased that they were willing to work with me."
