The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - they answered all of my questions and made some great suggestions. I also found their prices to be noticeably lower than similar stores nearby. "These folks get a good selection of beverages from their distributers, earning them a couple of stars. They lose stars for slightly higher pricing than local competition, and the staff is consistently horrible. Don't expect any help from the front desk/checkout employees that clearly don't want to be there and are just working a job where they can clock in, clock out, and get a paycheck. The manager and some of the folks you can see stocking the shelves are a little bit better, but not much."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️. I went in to grab some wine, and was followed by an employee who stood less than a foot away from me without even greeting me or asking did I need help just staring and was in my personal space. I’ve worked in retail prior to owning a business and know that good customer service is a key step to loss prevention not standing behind someone’s shoulders and fixing a bottle back into position the second a customer touches it. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and like my business was unwanted. To make matters worse when I did ask for assistance I was met with little to no effort instead I was just pointed into a general direction, as if he was too busy randomly re conditioning the aisle I just browsed to help. I decided to take my business elsewhere and I suggest others in the area do the same and shop where they can be respected."
