"Never ever will go to this store and no one of my friends will. I will tell everyone about my experience. I wanted do the ear peirce for my daughter's birthday and she was asking me for it last 3 years. It was very special day for her. I choose Claire's to do it because my daughter's friend recommended it to us. When we came inside a very young lady with long brades told me that she will do it and she told me the price of it $39, when we choose the earlings. She did the ear piercing for my daughter, I filled out information on iPad that I agreed to pay $39. When we went to register she told me $89. I asked her why she wants to charge me $50 extra. She said that she was not aware that price changed and those earlings are expensive. I told her that it's not my fault it. I can go to do it in a different place if she told me it from beginning. She said that she can give me $20 off and nothing else. I asked her to call me a manager and she told me that she is a manager also. I'm not sure what's her experience or education to be a manager but her customer service shows how unprofessional she is. I told her if she will not charge me what she offered me at the time I asked her I will write a bad review and she told me that I can do it and she doesn't care. Again, the professional manager never ever will say that!!!! I am not sure what's her salary, but definitely she doesn't care about reputation of the company. She mixed-up all birthday!"
