"I had not seen my daughter for such a long time and wanted to do something memorable and special like getting her ears pierced. My card declined because of fraud. They would not let me run to the bank to pull the cash. They seriously took out her earrings from just getting them pierced. This was very traumatic for both of us and I cry every day now when I think of this. Horrible management and inhumane. Thanks for the memory!! You suck!!!"

"Took my child into get her ears pierced. Let’s just say their employees are not properly trained on how to pierce ears. The girl was so sweet and nervous but I let her do them anyway instead of listening to my gut. She only got the piercing through halfway on not one but 2 sides. My poor daughter. I ran across the street to Pigtails and Crewcuts and they did an awesome job. Claire’s… please don’t put your employees through that trauma and train them right. Your girl felt awful but I don’t blame her… I blame training."

"Best experience ever. Abby pierced my bffs ears for her 42nd bday. Yes, y’all she just got them pierced for the first time ever. Abby was so patient and professional with us. (We are a bit much). I had been warned not to go here for piercing, but I can’t imagine a more hygienic experience. She sent her home with detailed instructions on how to clean and care for her ears. I don’t know about other locations, but this one is great. Thank you so much Abby! You helped make our day special and so much fun! We hope our crazy brightened yours a bit too!"
