"I wish I could give a zero. I had a canceled engagement and tried to return the ring by request of the finance company they work with. The ring was never worn and was in the same conditon of purchase 2 months ago the finace company offered to pay them 1K and then they take the ring and resale. They refused and the dude became rude. Awful experience and awful customer service. Then he tried to lie and say the ring was modified because it was sized. The lady that sold the ring was standing right there. The ring was never sized it was purchased at the size of my ex. I would never walk in this place again and I recommend you don't either. Why are you telling me to call the store and you all don't answer or respond? Even the leasing companies are trying to call you and you won't answer."
