"Haven’t had many pleasant experiences here at Claire’s but just wanted to share my most recent one. My girls and I walked in to shop for Easter and she has the impulsive decision to get her ears pierced. The lady was so sweet and totally calmed my daughters nerves. What amazed me was that she pierced them both at the same time. We will definitely be back to shop as long as she’s working. I didn’t get her name but I believe her name began with a T"
"Visited this location today to purchase prom accessories for my daughter, received the standard robo greeting, not sincere and no eye contact. I started shopping and no assistance was offered until I started putting things at the register. The two associates there were dressed in sweats and the other looked like lounge wear with slides. After my daughter selected from what I brought home I decided to return the items she didn’t like since the website said they were open until 9pm on Saturdays only to find they posted a sign said they closed at 6:30pm. Not the best experience."
