"Saw April Clarke for a consultation and showed her photos of the balayage color I wanted. She told me she could do it so I booked an appointment. On appointment day, again I showed her the photo, and asked for a money piece. She said she understood, and she did not communicate any concerns achieving the desired hair color. Well after 4 hours, my hair does not look anything like the photo, and she forgot to do the money piece! I want cool mushroom/ash balayage, and I got a strawberry blonde/orange color. AFTER she was done, she told me it would take a couple more appointments to achieve the color I wanted. Would have been nice to tell me this during my consultation and BEFORE I booked the appointment!Additionally, the haircut is just blah, and the blow-dry was terrible! I know I have a lot of hair, but she used the wrong kind of brush, and she relied on her flat iron to smooth my hair. To add insult to injury, upon arriving home, I found they did not wash all of the hair dye off my head and left dye on my ears. I'm new to PTC and really wanted to love this salon because they do Keratin Complex treatments. Unfortunately, I will not return. My daughter had a completely different experience with another stylist. She looks adorable and absolutely loves her hair!"

"Love Salon Serenity! Amanda Hill is an amazing stylist. She dyes my hair and also put in my hair extensions. She does a wonderful job and is also so helpful and informative on how to care for them. You can tell she loves her job and her clients. The rest of the team is great, as well. Everyone is friendly and professional. The salon itself is very open and clean and modern. Definitely recommend coming here."

"Update - Unfortunately, Hannah left and I did not receive anything close to the color I wanted after that. I called and gave the stylist a second chance, but the color still wasn't right and they had to go to other staff members while I was there to get color advice. The staff here are very friendly, clean and beautiful salon, but after two tries I had to move on. Got a last minute appointment for color with Hannah and had a great experience. Affordable products and services, willingness to teach styling techniques, not pushy or overbearing. Will definitely be back."
