"Went there specifically to buy a charm. I wish I could put a 0. Absolutely terrible customer service. Walked in and, granted each associate was with a customer, but even I was trained to give a “hello, someone will be with you shortly” when a customer enters. Then stood and waited around for another 10 min still not a single associate said a word to us. Just ended up walking out. Whatever."

"I have been a pandora customer forever, today I had the worst customer service, I had made a purchase online for my mother in law for Christmas, her bracelet was a bit small so we went to exchange that size and they would not do it, I asked for a manager twice the girl kept saying she was the manager I asked a higher manager another girl came and she told me I can buy another bracelet, or I can go to another location, all they needed to do was switch a 7.5 to a 7.9 size bracelet from a gift set, and they did not, I told them this was just called "customer service", lesson learned, if they don't take care of their customers then they wont get my business. this was at the North Ga outlet in Gainesville,"

"I came into the store earlier today with my girlfriend wanting to look at rings. The sales associate was extremely rude when I asked to see their styles. She told me that they only sale rings for women and I would have to look elsewhere if I wanted a ring for myself. When I came into the store, I assumed that this was not likely a store where I would find someone for myself, but I was going to make a purchase for my partner, and maybe something for myself if there was something semi-unisex. The associate was not helpful at all, and extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. We were going to make one, maybe two purchases that day. But as suggested, we will go elsewhere."

"Today I went to store to clean my earring, the manager and sales refused to clean because they never seen this style and said it is not Pandora products. I mentioned I bought it in this store around 2 years ago. Finally they found my email under the system and cleaned my earring, the sales directly put my earring into the small bag. When I just walk out from the store I found my earring is broken. The manager insisted that it was good when they gave to me. And said the earring was bought 2 years ago should be “expired”. I spent over $70 and the quality is only for 2 years even rarely worn it?! I was loyal customer but will never step into this store again!"
