"Spencer's has been around for as long as I can remember. They have always sold quirky t-shirts, rock bands paraphernalia, adult toys and games, jewelry and piercings, and other oddities. On a recent visit with my teenage grandson the employees were friendly enough and the store looked well organized and clean, but the air conditioning wasn't working. Fans had been brought in, including one that sucked in cooler air from the mall and blew it into the store but that only did so much. The store was still uncomfortable. When we reached the register we were not the only ones and eventually one of us spotted an employee and had to summon them to take care of us. If not for that lack of service plus the too warm store I would have given a 5th star."
