"My granddaughter go to CGLA and was given a form to fill out for her graduation. Unfortunately the school said to go online to make orders. That's when it went down hill, I placed the order and realized they didn't send me a confirmation nor took the money out of my account. I called the hixson office and they told me to call the main office. Nobody could find my order number or that I have made an order. They told me to process another order. My new order gave me order number that we printed out but still no confirmation email. Then I proceed to check my bank account Sunday Dec 12,2021 and I had 2 charges on my account. Talked to Phil the following Monday about the charges on my account. One of the charges didn't have a order number. Then Phil said he was going to cancel the charges because it didn't have an order number. Then I checked my account again and 2 more charges where made. I'm currently owing them $1500 for an $520 order. Now, I had to call them again and talked to Phil then he transferred me to his supervisor Omar. I asked Omar to cancel all the orders and he told me it would be 72 hours before they can refund me my money. I'm on a fixed income and now my check is gone for the entire month before the holidays. I will be contacting the school system as well and all social media outlets about how unorganized and extreme poor customer service they provide!"
"My son paid for and ordered his cap and Gown almost 2 months ago. Only to be told today that it was never paid for/ordered. And he has been desperately trying to reach this office and cannot get through to them. To the point of calling corporate office and they tried to reach him on a back line and they couldn't even reach him. Seems pretty shady to me. **UPDATE** so now they they have also screwed up my son's $70+ Graduation Invitation order and we've been told it would be 2 weeks before we could get them. Graduation is in 5 weeks from today. I've spoken with corporate and had them put in a request to cancel the order and refund us our money, because corporate again attempted to call the office and could not get through to anyone. And in reference to the original review Mr William's felt that it was acceptable talk down to my son due to my review. Maybe if someone would answer the phone and not be rude we would not have had to deal with it by resorting to writing a bad review, because that seems to be the only thing that got his attention."
"Ok, (the owner gets all 5 stars) I was angry, because I was unable to get my son's ring before Christmas. I agree the lady in the office was difficult, but the owner hand delivered my son's ring to me as soon as he got my email. I really cannot stress how much I appreciated that. I didn't leave a review while I was angry. I just put the whole thing into perspective. People make mistakes, the owner went out of his way to please me... Problem solved!!! The ring is stunning! I swear when I opened the box, and seen the quality I was blown away. It's beautiful! My son's reaction was worth the wait. The product is what really counts, and I am extremely happy. So, Thank You, John Williams, may your business make millions. You can't buy human kindness. He did what business owners should do. He made me happy. He spent his gas, and drove over an hour, to satisfy me."
"Rip OFF! Beware....they try to sell you more than you need. They even charge a "convenience fee" if paying online and a $17.95 package & handling fee. If you simply want to order the minimum (cap, gown, tassel, diploma and cover) for $65, they don't offer that on their giant orderform. They give special verbal instructions in a student meeting as to how to order them. The student has to fill in the blanks on an envelope. It's ridiculous! They purposely do this to make another $100 out of families that may not have been given that information from their student. It's sad they they have a monopoly and we are forced over a barrel to use them. Come on Hamilton County, you can do better than this!"
"They like to wait until two weeks before graduation to deliver your package of invitations and announcements and tell you they won’t refund your money! I doodle recommend these people. Buy your invitations somewhere else if you want to send them out before graduation"
