"2 weeks after moving back to GA, my car was damaged in a hail storm. It probably had 30-40 dents all over the roof, hood, and sides of the vehicle. I filed a claim with my insurance and originally set up an appointment with their recommended body shop, but I heard about Platnium Hail and decided to give them a call based on excellent reviews. I spoke with Jeremy initially, and he put me on a wait list for one of their rental cars. Within a week he called and I was able to drop my car off and pick up the rental. Initially, the process was VERY stressful because of my insurance and how they communicated with me on my claim. Emily and Jeremy saved the day though, working with my insurance along the way and clearing up any communication failures on my insurance/ adjusters end. Jeremy and Emily went above and beyond to calm my nerves throughout the process all while communicating updates along the way. Although I hope I’ll never have to deal with hail damage again, if this issue ever arises I will immediately call Platnium Hail again. Their customer service is top notch, and my car looked brand new when I picked it up."
