"I had some major work done for my Bird here this month such as windshield replacement, modification of the ceiling duct work to adapt a custom air-box, removing the propane tank and converted to storage space, tag axle bushing replacement, Slideout track reinforcement & stopper installation…. Etc. every work was completed professionally. They have good facility, equipment, parts and most importantly a great team of people. For myself It was an excellent learning experience from everyone there while my Bird gets fixed. John is a living dictionary willing to share and answer every questions you throw at him. James made my bill more reasonable at the end(important!). Philip was fantastic in locating critical parts needed. Josh even made me a coffee every morning while I stayed. I highly recommend this shop specially for the Bird owners. Very honest shop!"

"I tried to use this business. After phone call w service writer & shop supervisor, I thought everything was set w/ appt 6 weeks out. Two weeks before drop-off I call to confirm. Service writer says Gen Mgr James wants to talk to me. OK. He calls later that afternoon and has concerns about price and his shop supervisor estimate. Told him I was looking for a rough estimate not hard money bid. To many areas were unknown on this job. As we uncovered things we would agree on changes. Told me he would just drive to Albany to look at unit. Would talk w/ shop supervisor 1st thing next day (Tues) and call me. End of Tues no call so I call him - not available. Sent email Tues evening stating I need to get this resolved by Fri, please call. No call Weds. I call him - he's on phone. No call that day or since (two weeks). Josh & John were good to deal with. If James gets involved find another shop. Reply to Owner's Response I would expect the shop to call me if there was an issue with agreed upon plan confirmed by email, not wait 3e weeks until I call to check on prep needed to find out you are questioning whether you will do the job. I did call you twice to follow-up on how you wanted to proceed. Crickets for 2 weeks until I gave you 1 star. You earned it."
