"Went to Autonation Honda on 1/27/24 for a scheduled service appointment. The service advisor who assisted us was Woo. Woo is always very friendly and very professional. The intake was done seamlessly and he constantly checked on us while we were waiting. When he came back to inform us that additional services were recommended, he was very transparent but wasn’t very pushy. Top notch customer service as always."

"Recall advisor was great. Confirmed my appointment, sent email confirmation and appointment reminders. Service area is kind of confusing. Walk-in and there are desks with or without person. Do i check-in somewhere? An acknowledgment would be nice too. Other than that, my recalls were addressed timely and satisfied with work."
