"Great Service"
"Don't bring your car here ladies. Brought my car to have my A/C diagnosed. He looks at my car for about 25 minutes. Told me what was NOT wrong with and charged me 130 bucks. Said I can bring it back and he would put it on the lift to FINISH diagnosing it. I asked if he would charge me more and he says..yeah. So after 25 minutes I paid 130 bucks and left in the same shape I came. Broken A/ C and problem still unknown. I drive a mini Cooper and I'm already aware it's probably going to cost several hundred dollars to repair. And i was prepared to pay it. But not to this guy now. So he actually ripped himself off. He lost out on that money and I will be sure to continue to share my experience."
"Great shop fixed my ac just in time for summer . Wonderful customer service will definitely be going back."
"Mark Bessette stole $165 in parts from me, disputed charge told me he would pay me but never did. I banned him from my business and you should avoid taking your car here since he is a thief which i will prove in small claims court."
"I have several vehicles worked on at B7 Automotive. I had a 2011 Jeep Wrangler that had a fairly bad oil leak. The dealer quoted us several thousand to repair. I wanted another opinion and Mark at B7 came highly recommended. I took the Jeep in and described the issue, he immediately said it was mostly likely the rear seal. He put it on the lift, took a look, cleaned everything up and told me to come back in a couple of days to inspect where the oil is likely coming from (this was all to appease me as the customer). Sure enough, the path and collection of oil was exactly where he said it would be. We ended up having the rear seal replaced and replaced the clutch too since the vehicle had decent miles on it and the bulk of the labor cost for replacing a clutch was already done when replacing the rear seal. Since treating us so well on the first experience, we purchased a started vehicle for one of our kids to drive. The 4runner ended up needed an engine swap, I had to towed to Marks and he simply treated us like family. Explained what we could reuse off the old motor, what he would recommend replacing now vs later, and just took good care of us again. We had a couple of random issues the popped up on the 4runner that Mark was kind enough to offer advice or take a look at. I have no fear or worries with taking anything else to Mark at B7 Automotive if I have mechanical needs again."
