"Oleg Cheban arrived on time and was very meticulous in his efforts to determine the cause of my malfunction. It seems the vendor of the filters, that were sold to me, failed to install the RFID chips that are required for my refrigerator to communicate with the filter monitoring program. I also discovered that the filters were manufactured as meeting the RPWFE standard but had sub standard smaller less robust tabs on the tube that fits into the refrigerator recepticle. The smaller tabs broke off when the unit was installed(an issue I haven't encountered in the 4 years I've owned this refrigerator. Users beware when buying parts at special discounts or quantities. Seek qualified suppliers. I bought these filters from a Chinese supplier in Hebron, KY for $137 for 6 units. That resulted in a poor exchange for me."
