"I needed my dryer fixed so I called M&M appliance and spoke to Curtis. I set up an appointment for a diagnose($90). I needed to reschedule because of work purposes. I asked nicely for another day or time and that's when mr Curtis blew up and got really nasty over the phone. He verbally attacked me by diminishing my work then proceeded to tell me how "I better have myself available for 80% of the proposed schedule." His customer service is the worst service I've ever had! I am glad I did not spend a dime with M&M appliances. He was going to charge $90 for a diagnoses; that's expensive! Curtis is rude, verbally nasty, has extremely poor customer service and is unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! Listen to the reviews folks are telling the truth"

"Curtis was very professional, timely, and even worked us in a day early after he got the part because he knew we didn’t have a working washer but had a lot of laundry. Super nice and professional. Would definitely recommend!"

"Great service, would recommend. Curtis was nice enough to let me know some good info about my washer, the repair it needed, and what it may or may not need down the road. In my case, it made more sense to me to just go purchase another washer rather than throwing money at a machine that could potentially need more work in a year or two. I appreciate that kind of honesty, and will definitely use again when needed."

"Based on recommendation of "FOX Appliance Parts" I contacted Curtis at M & M Appliance Repair to find out why refrigerator wasn't cooling and his response was very fast and told me that the compressor was locked up and needed replacement at a cost of $650.00 and charged $59.00 service call. I am a REALTOR and was handling the property for a client and after consideration, I called him back and asked him to go ahead with the repair and to check out the ice maker and install an oven door gasket which I provided. The total cost was $711.63 which I paid and requested numerous times for him to provide me an itemized invoice so that I could recover the cost or repairs from the owner. After 4 requests, he has never provided an invoice so that I could recover the money that I have spent and I am out $770.63 plus the cost of the door gasket $56.00+ for a total of $826.63 that I will never recover because he refuses to provide the invoice that I requested! Curtis does good work, but his customer service and follow-up is horrible!"

"The technician/owner was polite when he arrived. He charged me $260 for a $40 part and 15 mins of work. The washer worked for a week and it started leaking water. He came back to see what was wrong with it and told me the tube seal needed replacing and it was really expensive. He told me he would call me back with a price. He never did. I asked around and found out the job would probably cost more than the washer was worth, but it would have been nice if he called and told me that instead of having to call other repairmen. I feel like the $260 repair wasn't worth it since I now have to replace the machine a few weeks later. For what he charged me, he should have done a more thorough inspection to make sure he wasn't just sticking a band aid on a serious problem. I would have bought a new washing machine and paid him the $60 service call if I knew the washing machine had other issues. I do not recommend M&M appliance and will never use them again."
