"I would not recommend this store for watch repair or maintenance. Went in for what I thought was a simple resizing of my bracelet. My pins were a less standard type, instead of them saying they were unfamiliar and sending me away, they worked on the bracelet. The bracelet came apart multiple times. Multiple factory pin and collars have been lost. The loss of my parts did not seem to be a concern for the store. After the bracelet came apart for the second time, I just asked for my money back for the labor cost, which the store agreed too. There was an odd piece in the bag with my links that didn't seem to fit anywhere. I asked the repair man what it was and he told me with was a special part of the link. Later I learned it was actually the head of his pin pushing tool..."

"There are not a lot of jewelry stores around the Stone Mountain area. I Googled a nearby jewelry store to repair one watch and remove a link from another watch. I traveled there Sunday and got there at 6:12pm but was advertised to close at 6:30pm. However, upon arrival there, the store was already closed. No Closed due to Emergency sign either."

They ordered the screen and got it in within thirty minutes and repaired phone with 1hr… This is a world record… Most phone repair places take three or 4 hours… Not only were they were point with the fast service..
