"Called on Tues. I was told to bring it in on Monday because they were loaded. I dropped it off Sunday night expecting it to be first in line on Monday. I called as soon as they opened and was told 6 cars came in since they opened and hadn't even noticed my car, even though I parked in front and put the keys and a not in the overnight slot. When I went to check it several hours later it was parked in between 2 raggedy cars with my doors unlocked. I immediately asked for the keys and took it elsewhere"

"Absolutely horrible. The first time I went to Randies, they changed my brakes and the brakes were still thin and scrubbing after the “repair”. (Which I’m now reading the comments and seeing this is a common practice)Then I took my car back to give them a second chance, and they tried to overcharge me for a repair at least six other shops quoted me for at half the price! They took a whole week to even tell me what the price would be after saying the car would be done in the afternoon each morning I would call for an update. This shop offers poor management, lack luster customer service, and a blatant disconnect in communication with customers. I do NOT recommend Randies to anyone."
