"Michael arrived timely. He introduced himself and provided a brief overview of the service being provided. He was courteous, performed assessment and service quickly. At the end of service he provided a summary of his findings, corrected actions taken, and any recommendations to maintain the system."

"We called this company to come out and fix a clogged sink in our kitchen. Rather than devise a plan to fix the problem at hand, the technician proceeded to inspect our plumbing and catalogue unrelated issues in our crawl space, offering to update our water heater, replace all of our cast iron pipes etc. His quotes for these projects ran in the thousands. He quoted more that $700 just to snake the drain from above, which I had already done. It was clear that the priority was to convince the customer to agree immediately to major surgery. Ultimately, I went under the house myself and found that, contrary to what the technician said, there was indeed a simple way to access the kitchen drain line from below. I snaked this portion of the drain and freed the clog. Our pipes might be old, but they were and are functioning just fine. $88 bucks down our now completely functioning drain just for them to take a look. We will certainly be replacing our water heater and probably some of our cast iron pipes down the road, but definitely not with them."

"UPDATE: got home viewed camera footage and realized technician did nothing. He did not even open any clean out to clear my main drain. Very disappointing they take your money and do nothing. Of course leaving my 19 year old son at home to supervise was also not a good choice in my part. UPDATE: Another technician came today, again very professional. He explained what he was going to be doing, the realistic expectations and options should plan A not work out. I appreciate that BARDI did return and did what they could to try to remedy my situation and provide the service I had originally requested. Based on their follow-up I humbly retract my 2 star rating and give them a 4 star. They respect and value customer service and satisfaction which is unfortunately rare these days. I will be recommending them in the future. Service technician very professional. Be careful with the bait and switch on pricing. Very deceptive. Will not recommend"
