"I was referred to Flores by my sister and I was very excited to finally find a landscape company that would install rocks in my back yard and help me decide what plants or trees would work best. When Mr. Flores came to my home, he was very professional and knowledgeable about how he could improve my backyard. He quoted me a price and I agreed, we set an install date and time. I told him that I would visit the store to pick out a Palm tree he said his wife would be there to help. When I arrived at the store, Mr. Flores was there he showed me the trees and some shrubs. I picked out the Palm tree and he added it to the original cost sheet. Then he said, "I need all of the money today before I can put you on the schedule" I was completely surprised because he never told me about this policy until I came to the store. I asked if I could return on the day of install he said "if I paid in full on the install day he could not guarantee that I would be on the schedule for that day. Mr. Flores told me if "I went to Lowes, (a national company) I would have to pay up front". I was not at Lowes I was at Flores for landscape services. I am very disappointed how Mr. Flores handled this situation I had no problem paying for the Landscape services, But I refused to pay ANY contractor all the money upfront for ANYTHING. If you decide to use this landscape company please be aware that you have to Pay in Full before any service and there are No Guarantees on any trees or shrubs that they install. So Buyer Be Careful if you decide to purchase from this local store."

"Went to get a look at some landscaping materials to do my yard and get some ideas and prices. It's a family owned small shop, didn't have a wide variety . But what they was enough to work with. The guy I spoke with was familiar with my neighborhood and very nice. I plan on shopping around though."
