"Excellent selections of holiday decor but terrible customer service and return policy. I bought $700+ in Christmas items as we were having a lot people coming some of which we were doing santa for. However, when a party of 8 got stuck at the airport and ended up not making it I tried to return $98 worth of items on Dec 28th that I didn't use. As I was unloading the bag of returns the cashier informed me I would only get 25% of the return back even though I lhad the original receipt and the items were still tagged. She informed me it was stated on the receipt. My bad. I didn't read that fine print. I kept the items and left the store and vowed to never buy any holiday item there again. This was the first store I had ever run into with that policy. Had I known that I wouldn't have driven the 35 miles for the return. CUSTOMER BEWARE. You may only get 25 cents on the dollar for a holiday return."

"The staff at this location are bullies looking to manufacture bad customer experiences. They succeeded with me and I won’t be back to this location ever— I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family either. I had a question about a price discrepancy with what was shown in store vs online for the same item and before I could even finish ask my question, the manager was aggressively telling me “no we don’t price match to the At Home website”. She then proceeded to keep a watchful eye on me like I was trying to scam them and I was just confused, because if it rang up for the increased price I could have just purchased it online and picked up in store. Thankfully it ended up ringing up for the price shown online and when I said thank you and wished her a nice day because clearly she was not having a good one, she rolled her eyes at me and responded “always”. I dealt with two cashiers one of which was a manager and they were both extremely unprofessional and aggressive for absolutely no reason. It’s unfortunate because this location has a great selection, but I won’t be back."

"I love this store. I literally will walk down every aisle. I'm leaving this review for 2 associates. Alicia helped me out. She did not leave my side. We never did find what I was looking for but she was more determined than me to find my item. She was very patient and she stopped what she was doing and attended to my needs. She was probably the most helpful person I've met in my life. Also, Zakiyyah helped find me the perfect rug. She had great energy and she didn't make me seem like a bother. I hope the manager sees this and gives them recognition because they DESERVE it. We often write the bad, but never the good. These 2 ladies were EXCEPTIONAL. I'll be back in a few weeks. (Smiles)"

"Just wish I had gotten his name. There was a young man with a super personality who spoke with me in the department where the Deck Umbrellas were today! He is an absolute plus to my shopping experience!!!"
