"I regret to say that my experience at this store left much to be desired. It appeared that the owner or the person attending to customers lacked the necessary expertise in their role. Upon visiting the store with a friend to purchase some isolate, I couldn't help but notice a strong inclination towards promoting a particular lesser-known brand. It seemed as though they were sponsored or incentivized to endorse this brand, despite its subpar quality. To make matters worse, we were met with an unpleasant incident where my friend was subjected to derogatory remarks about their weight. This unprofessional behavior is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the establishment. Overall, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit to this store. The lack of product knowledge, coupled with the inappropriate treatment of customers, has led me to question the professionalism and integrity GNC as a brand and what it represents."

"The consultant there, Glen, is one of the most polite, educated individuals I have met in a good while. Gave me a thorough crash course of supplements that correlated with my fitness goals and overall would make an excellent professor and marketer. The store layout and clealiness is top tier, has very good service, and atmosphere was sublime."

"This is no reflection on the current staff, but that of the owner of this franchise location. Not sure if GNC has done anything about this, but I was informed by a few of the female employees who worked there, that the owner has and can get a bit touchy-feely. Even taking advantage of those who knows dealing with some sort of mental stress. One employee mentioned that she put up with the constant touching of her backside, because she did not feel safe to tell corporate in fear of losing her job. I wanted this out there for everyone to see that there is a reason why some of the folks here may seem unhappy working here. Hopefully it gets the attention of corporate to finally investigate."
