"Very knowledgeable about what they do. If there isn’t something they are super familiar with, they are very good at figuring it out. I hope to not have to use them again, but if the situation happens, this is my go to!"
"I went to go get my phone fixed n then they asked for my iCloud password which was weird. Then when I got my phone back everything was locked and my iCloud was locked so I couldn’t download anything. It took a week n a half to get everybody back right on my own. DO NOT GO HERE."
"To be honest, I will not go back. My pixel 4a battery went kaput and I am not in a position to buy a new phone so I thought I would go here for a battery replacement. I looked up online how to do it and it is ranked moderate. I may have attempted to do it myself but I don't have the tools and I recognize my lack of experience. When I went in they did not ask me any questions about how my phone got to it's current state. They took one look at it and said the software was fried and it was a brick. I asked to borrow a charger and showed them how it worked perfectly when plugged in and it was only a battery issue. So they agreed to replace the battery. They replaced it and I picked it up next day and all seemed well. However, I quickly discovered they had damaged my camera lens when I attempted to take a picture and saw cracks in the picture. I had taken a picture the day before I dropped it off and had no cracks. The day after picking it up there were two cracks in my pictures. I called to ask what they could do and they were extremely rude to me. First they accused me of causing the damage myself and then they begrudgingly agreed to do the repair after making me feel like a terrible person for asking them to repair the damage they caused. I was rudely told it was pretty much my own fault for owning a pixel because they are hard to repair. (When I picked it up they had celebrated the fact they didn't break the screen during the repair.) Despite this I planned to take it in the next day because I needed a functioning phone and I am a new mom who wants to be able to take pictures of her child without issues. However, later that same day I tried to use speaker phone and discovered that the speaker phone feature of my phone no longer worked so I can only assume it was damaged in the repair as well. I realized I was assuming more risk having them open the phone to do repairs and decided I wasn't confident in letting them try again. Luckily another family member offered me a phone so I will use that and save my now damaged phone (though I paid full price for the battery repair) as an emergency backup. Overall my biggest issue besides not trusting their technical abilities, was how rudely I was treated over the phone. I did get an apology when I called to let them that I wasn't bringing my phone in for the repair but it didn't make me feel any better. They knew I was a new mom who couldn't afford to buy a new phone and was having a tough time. But they still made me feel awful. If they had not wanted to try to repair my phone because it was a pixel, post signage about that or on your website. Or make me sign something to assume liability if it is damaged during the repair. Let me know so that I can take it somewhere else. But don't berate me while I am down."
"I love this business because they could have taken advantage of me but they didn't. I broke the screen on a new Pixel. When I called to get info on repair, the guy told me that if my phone was covered by insurance, it would be a lot less expensive to use the insurance and have Verizon fix it. If he were dishonest, I would have been about $200 poorer. Thank you. I will be bringing a tablet with a cracked screen for you to repair. Honesty in business is a rare, and desperately under recognized value."
"Cracked my iPhone 7 screen, paid $125 to have it replaced. Immediately noticed the poor color quality on the new screen, the lady up front told me that's typical with screen replacements and if I wanted to pay an extra amount, they'd put the 'better' screen replacement option. I declined because she told me my phone would still sell for a good amount with the current screen replacement. Not a month later, my entire screen has a static glitch and is only getting worse by the day. I would NOT recommend using this screen replacement business unless you want poor quality for high dollar."
