"If your air conditioning unit experienced issues under warranty DO NOT expect them to honor it. My ac has been down for about a week and they've sent a guy to look at it and he changed a fuse, which wasn't the issue. After that, the ac is still down, and we've tried to request to have someone come and actually fix it. No one else has been here, and the company has started refusing any calls me or my roommate make. Again, this is all under warranty, the unit is about two months old, basically brand new."
