"Went in today to have the charging port on my iPad mini replaced. The snooty girl working tried to lecture me on my choice of charging cords. Then proceeded to tell me that I would also need a screen replacement if she replaced my charging port. Excuse me??!! Absolutely not true. It’s a simple plug and play replacement part. She then calls her manager and says that my part requires micro soldering. Another lie. Needless to say, we left and went to Bulb and Batteries. Best guy I’ve dealt with by the way. He confirmed that the snooty lady was ABSOLUTELY WRONG! Had my screen needed to be replaced it would have been her fault and that no soldering was required! Avoid this location at all costs!"
