"Mr. Howell was very professional and informative. He took the time to explain how the main line would be ran from the utility pole to my house. He then explained the best route for home installation. He was able to get our fiber service ran to the house and activated in the same day. He took the time to remove the cable drop and removed the cable outlet. He utilized the existing hole to run the new fiber to minimize damage to the home. He also took the time to help setup our internet and walked me through troubleshooting my TV. His professionalism and assistance was very appreciated. Thank you PS and Mr. Howell"
"Rashad and Dalton arrived on time, were very professional and courteous, older home with major obstacles making running wires very difficult. They did not make any excuses or act upset. Went over and above to get it installed hiding all wires, working great and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Very satisfied!!"
