"We were passing through pulling our 5th Wheel and the brakes locked up on the RV due to bad brake box. They were so kind and got us fixed and back on our way. He even followed us to our campsite to make sure we got there safe that night and was back the next day with new parts to fix it. Thank you guys for such great customer service. Highly recommended!"
"I had a blow out on my Ford Expedition on wire road exit 42 hwy I-85 at 2am. What a dark and scary road to travel but it's great to have a roadside service company out here that response fast,"
"Please never come here. We called them to tow our 18 wheeler out of a ditch. While talking with the driver my fiancé thought he’d found a mechanic to fix our broken clutch as well. Well when we got the truck back it still did not work. We called him immediately and he said he would fix the issue. Everyday we called him for an update and after the first day he just stopped answering completely. We googled the address and a guy there tried his best to keep us updated but honestly we don’t think he knew anything. First the mechanic ran over his phone.. then it was he dropped it in transmission fluid but he assured us that once he came in contact with Josh, he’d call us or have him call us. Yesterday we finally received a call from the guy that we met at their “shop” and he said we needed a slave cylinder. We were confused because the slave cylinder was something included on the invoice as needed to be repaired and that we paid for. So 2200 later we still don’t have our truck back and this guy is no where to be found. We re just trying to get our truck away from this con artist and to Volvo where we should’ve taken it in the first place. Don’t use these people. Not sure what can be done at this point. Wish I’d done some research. Gonna make it my mission to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Update ***after two weeks they finally fixed the truck. So far so good.. it was not a pleasant experience but I can tell that the family as a whole is working hard to redeem themselves and restore their reputation here."
"Had a truck blow a turbo passing through. They were nice to my driver, but hosed me off for $5600. Charged me $3296 for a used turbo that wasn't any good, charged another $750 for "a bad oil cooler". Driver left the shop and within a day and a half had oil shooting out of the turbo. Upon being contacted that day, his response was "that truck had other issues", and has been unavailable since! Now, I have the truck in an honest shop, the mechanic tells me that the case was painted, but it's a used bad turbo. Needless to say I'm probably going to have to file suit to recoup my losses which are getting to be extensive as that truck has been down going on 2 weeks. And have still heard nothing from the owner. I wouldn't let them near another of my trucks!"
"Was in a bad way pulling a 5th wheel camper. Truck started having problems. Long story short, very easy people to talk to and Josh went above and beyond to help me patch my truck up so I could get home. When that didn't work, I took my truck back to his shop so the job could be done right. I have a a 2005 chevy duramax 6.6 diesel with a blown head gasket. Will update with the final out come but they beat the hell out of those shops that leave you sitting and wondering what's wrong."
