"Very pleased with Chen Plumbing after getting the run around from my home warranty company. I called Chen on Tuesday and they came out on Thursday to install a new hot water heater. Scheduling was easy and they came out, checked the issue, and installed the new hot water heater in about 2 hours. Even though they gave me as arrival window of 10-2, the technician (Dawson) actually arrived around 9:30 and immediately started working and had everything up and running by noon.
