"I have been dealing with Mauricio for a few years now. Probably have given him around in total $3000 for working on my car over the years. I have felt like he was over charging me but as a single women with 3 kids you do what you have to do for them. With that being said this incident was the last straw. My turn signal was damage and was causing my headlights to come on in the middle of the night. Which also kept causing my battery to go dead. I took the car to him and he stated that it would be $150 to replace the part If I buy the part myself which I did. I ask why so much he stated he had to take the whole steering column off. And that will be 4 hours of labors. Usually I try to you tube things and see before hand but didn't have the time. It was the day before my son 1st birthday party and I really needed my car. Mauricio told me to take one of the cars from the auto sales because it will take him 4 hours to fix mines. So long story short I found time to you tube the turn signal and found out it was only a 15-20 minute job to replace and the whole steering column did not need to come off. I showed him the video and asked him why would you lie to me like that after all the money I have been spending with you throughout the years. He looked at me and said you people which I felt was very racism being that I am a African American. He continued by saying we always want something for nothing. And I needed to pay him for his time and his knowledge. Even after showing him the video he still charged me the $150 for a 15 min job. People these days are so money hungry and will do anything to get over on people."

"I purchased a vehicle from Mauricio patino 12/21/22 he told me I had 45 day warranty on vehicle he said vehicle good I drove home 22 miles two days later the power steering went out I told him about that he said change battery I bought new battery installed it several miles later the car lost power steering again he said I had to but the parts to fix the problem an come back jan 6. He gave 2 key remote neither worked for the car the unlocked button inside the car didn’t work an the trunk button have to be pressed 10-20 to open he does bad business at this location how do you run a auto business and sale damage vehicle steering wheel shake now when braking an noise coming from front end also it seem he had buddy work done recently after I got it home to look at it more"

"Added after reply. YES you showed me what you messed up on my car. My car was not pulling and the wheel was not out of alignment until you adjusted the car. You told me I needed a special bolt which you did not carry on a Sat. I asked if I had it fixed would you redo the alignment since you were asking for payment for the alignment. You tried to charge me the entire $60 (full price) I told you I would give you $40 don't try to make it look like you gave me a deal. I never had anything repaired on my car after leaving your place. I just took to another business for alignment and they did the alignment with out any special bolt. With out any repair, which you said i needed. Thats why I showed you the receipt so you could see for yourself. YOU SHOULD NOT BE DOING ALIGNMENTS. Do some training so you can stop taking peoples money. Don't get an alignment here. This guy has no clue what he is doing. He still charged me for the alignment telling me I needed a special bolt to get it to align. He adjusted the front so far out it looked dangerous to drive. And adjusted my steering wheel for some odd reason and made it crooked. I had no alignment issues before coming. I had my axle replaced that's why I got alignment .I took it to Firestone they did the alignment with no special bolt straightened out the wheel and it was good. I took receipt to him so he can see and asked for a refund he refused. I have no idea what kind of Mechanic he is but he is incapable of doing alignments."
