"A few months ago, I called Peppers because my heat pump turned itself completely off and would not come back on. They quickly diagnosed the problem (which was the the condensate pump was not getting power from it outlet, and the unit was turning itself off rather than flooding the basement with condensation that the pump would not handle. They gave me an easy workaround (plug the condensate pump into a different outlet) and that was that. (An electrician later fixed the circuit.) I was impressed enough with them that I signed a maintenance contract for my system and they called last week and came out today. to do the summer checkup."
