"I was happy to find CPR, which I admit I found the name clever, but also which had good reviews. I dropped and cracked the screen of my brand new phone on Friday, went to CPR on Saturday, they ordered a replacement screen, and it was repaired on Tuesday in about an hour. Plus while you wait you can sit a few doors down at the White Windmill and have treats. Thanks, CPR!!!"

"I took my phone here to repair a broken back. Only a few days later, the back was shattered again except the phone was not dropped and the camera was damaged. My husband is extremely knowledgeable in apple products and observed the glass used to repair was thinner than the glass on the original phone (comparing his same model). The glass was improperly installed. Upon bringing it back, the owner refused to fix it without charging another $100 or refund the $200 I initially paid. I do not recommend this company as they use inferior replacements parts and will not honor their work when they make a mistake with installation (which the owner even acknowledged could happen without the phone being dropped). Zero stars if I could."
